No more hassle with creating accounts or remembering login details. With just a few clicks, you can manage your medical records conveniently and securely.

1.   Effortless Access: Say goodbye to cumbersome login processes. Upon your visit to GIG Radiology, we'll send you an SMS containing a secure online access link to view your images (expect this within 48 hours after your scan).

2.  Easy Verification: Simply follow the security steps by entering your date of birth to verify your identity. Then, use the one-time password we send via SMS to unlock your access.

3.  View, Download, and Share: Once authenticated, you'll land on the menu page where you can view your images instantly. Download and share the results with friends or other healthcare providers whenever needed.

4.   Quick Follow-Up Care: We'll also send your results directly to the health practitioner who referred your scan. Stay informed by scheduling a follow-up appointment to discuss your results and any necessary follow-up care.

5.  Commitment to Sustainability: My GIG is part of GIG Radiology's commitment to sustainability. By reducing paper waste and embracing digital access, we help protect the environment.

How it Works:

1.  Within 48 hours after your scan, check your mobile phone for an SMS containing the online access link.

2.  Follow the security steps and enter your date of birth to verify your identity.

3.  Unlock your access by using the one-time password sent via SMS.

4.  On the menu page, view your images instantly, and feel free to download or share them.

5.  Your referring health practitioner will receive your results directly.

6.  Schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss your results and any required follow-up care.

7.  After seven (7) days, your report will also be available for viewing using the same link provided in step 1.

To ensure seamless access, kindly ensure that GIG Radiology has your correct mobile number and date of birth in our system.
